In Capernaum we serve students ages 14 to 21 in Eden Prairie, Minnetonka, Chanhassen and Chaska. Capernaum gives teens and young adults with and without disabilities the chance to experience fun and adventure, to develop fulfilling friendships, and to challenge their limits while building self-esteem through club, camp, and other exciting activities
